Kratom is 100% legal in Germany. Kratom is currently not considered a drug and it is therefore not illegal and while it is sold not for human consumption, it does not fall under Medicines Act(Arzneimittelgesetzes). Please note that our kratom is sold exclusively as a research chemical and is not intended for human consumption. And although it is not recognized in Germany as a medicinal substance, it has been used by various cultures for centuries to relieve pain, provide sedative and euphoric effects, induce mild intoxication, and even assist with managing drug dependence.
